Ingredients:
- Clove: 20gm
- Black Cardamom: 50gm
- Green Cardamom: 30gm
- Cinnamon: 20gm
- Cumin seeds: 200gm
- Coriander seeds: 60gm
- Pepper corns: 40gm
- Dry ginger: 30gm
- Mace (javantri): 20gm
- Bay leaves: 15
- Nutmegs (jaikkai): 2
Method:
- Roast all the ingredients lightly for 2min & grind it to fine powder.
- Preserve it in airtight bottle.
