Garam Masala




Ingredients:
  • Clove: 20gm
  • Black Cardamom: 50gm
  • Green Cardamom: 30gm
  • Cinnamon: 20gm
  • Cumin seeds: 200gm
  • Coriander seeds: 60gm
  • Pepper corns: 40gm
  • Dry ginger: 30gm
  • Mace (javantri): 20gm
  • Bay leaves: 15
  • Nutmegs (jaikkai): 2
Method:
  • Roast all the ingredients lightly for 2min & grind it to fine powder.
  • Preserve it in airtight bottle.
This garam masala is used for many Indian recipes. Later I will be posting recipes using Garam Masala.
