Honey Chicken









Ingredients:
  • Boneless Chicken: 250gm
  • Honey: 2tbsp
  • Corn Flour: 1/2cup (For rolling)
  • Red Chilly: 2-3 according to taste (cut into 3 pieces)
  • Spring Onion: 2 tbsp
  • Tomato Sauce: 2tbsp
  • Salt: To taste
  • Oil: To Deep fry
Marinate:
  • Egg: 2
  • Salt: 1/2tsp
  • Ajinomoto: 1/2tsp
  • Corn Flour: 1tbsp
  • Oil: 1tbsp

Method:
  • Cut chicken into small pieces (1 1/2inch cubes).
  • In a mixing bowl add egg, salt, ajinomoto, corn flour & oil mix well.
  • Add chicken pieces, marinate for 1hr.
  • Roll marinated chicken in corn flour, shake & remove the excess coating & deep fry.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Add red chillies, stir.
  • Add onion & saute till light brown.
  • Add tomato sauce, honey, spring onion, chicken & salt sauté for 5min till chicken gets coated.
  • Honey chicken is ready to serve.
