Method:
- Heat milk in a pan with medium flame.
- Add oats & horlicks.
- Keep stirring in between so that it won't stick to the bottom.
- Boil it till milk becomes thick & oats is properly cooked.
- Add sugar, stir cook for 5 minutes & turn off the heat.
- Serve it hot.
