Ingredients:
- Egg: 5
- Onion: 2 medium
- Tomato: 1 medium
- Green chilly: 3
- Pepper power: 1tsp
- Grated coconut/desiccated coconut: 1tbsp
- Oil: 2tbsp
- Salt to taste.
Method:
- Put oil in a pan.
- Add onion fry till light brown.
- Add green chillies.
- Add tomato & stir till it cooked well.
- Add eggs, stir.
- Add salt & pepper powder.
- Stir it till eggs cooks well & scrambles.
- Add grated coconut or desiccated coconut stir for 2 minutes & off the stove.
