Egg Burji





 




Ingredients:
  • Egg: 5
  • Onion: 2 medium
  • Tomato: 1 medium
  • Green chilly: 3
  • Pepper power: 1tsp
  • Grated coconut/desiccated coconut: 1tbsp
  • Oil: 2tbsp
  • Salt to taste.


Method:
  • Put oil in a pan.
  • Add onion fry till light brown.
  • Add green chillies.
  • Add tomato & stir till it cooked well.
  • Add eggs, stir.
  • Add salt & pepper powder.
  • Stir it till eggs cooks well & scrambles.
  • Add grated coconut or desiccated coconut stir for 2 minutes & off the stove.
